Dinner with us is an occasion. A nightly selection of “Delicacies from the Sea” prepared with the finest seafood in the world sets the tone. The meal proceeds with antipasti like the Lobster Polpette Fra Diavolo, Macaroni including the Black Truffle Tortellini, and a signature whole-fish program showcasing a stunning variety of options. Throughout, CARBONE classics and a collection of new coastal-inspired indulgences make for a menu that offers everything and more.
